Bread Pizza is a super quick version of open sandwich , even your kid will enjoy making them it  is that easy to make. This is No fuss pizza as you need only few ingredients to make these scrumptious dish. You can serve them as tea time snack or enjoy them when you are carving for pizzas. I love to make quick snacks as it is super quick and not much vessels needed to make this delicious pizza. Here I used Thin white bread slice but the normal white breads will do. I make Pizza sauce at home all ways as it serves 3 purpose I used the sauce sauce to make pasta , Pizza and also bread pizza. Fresh pizza sauce take delicious than the store bought one.   Ingredients
  Bread slices – 4
  Pizza sauce – 1/4 cup ( Click here for Home made Pizza sauce)
  Capsicum – 1/4 cup ( chopped)
Quick Pizza Recipe  Onion – 1/4 cup ( chopped)
  Corn kernels – 3 tbsp
  Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
  Chaat Masala as needed
  Salt as need or you can omit
  Italian Herbs as needed
  Chilli flakes as needed
  Method
  • Pre heat the oven at 350 F for 10 mins . Grease a cookie tray place the bread slices and toast them one side for 5 mins and flip and toast them again for 5 more mins.
  • After the bread is toasted and attain a very light brown patches on them remove them and spread some pizza sauce on each slice.
  • Top it with capsicum, onion, corn or any veggie you like.
  • Add generous amount of cheese on each slice and again bake them for 10 mins or till the bread is crispy from all side.
  • Serve them warm . Sprinkle some chaat masala, Italian Herbs and salt if needed.
   Tips
  •   I also topped Paneer tikka on one slice of bread to make Paneer Tikka Bread pizza. You can go creative and add any topping you like to customize them.

      Hi swetha,

      Which Kind of Microwave you have ? You can also make them on stove top, just toast the bread lightly and then apply the pizza and topping to it and again toast the bread in very low flame till crisp. Hope it was helpful

    Hi Baraniashok,

    First toast a side of the bread in low flame till nice a crisp. Then flip spread sauce, topping and cheese on it . Toast the other side till golden brown and crisp.
