Rajasthani Chawal ke gatte is one dish we always made when we had some leftover rice. I always love to use leftovers in a delicious way and this is one recipe from my mom which I love a lot. Gatte is a famous Rajasthani delicacy which is always a part of a regional thali , As in gujarati cuisine there are various kind of muthiya's made which is similar to gattas but they steam the muthiya instead boiling in water . I am a great fan of gattas and love to season them spicy and enough them hot. This is perfect for breakfast or as a snack any time you have some leftover rice then don't get worried to throw , can use them to make some delicious dish always.
