September 3, 2015 By

Oh yeah am back with a delicious recipe again;.. Missed Blogging a lot and especially I was missing being a part of this months mega marathon though I had all the recipes for the 2nd week done I was just ignoring and want to be away bcoz I worry about delaying and completing.. Valli has a great hand  in boosting me to participate this month so am trying my best to come back to BM. Buffet table is one of my fav theme and I just accepted that I should give it a try, For first week its combo Dishes so I just cooked up 3 combo dishes yesterday and am posting them today. The combo dishes are from different countries so for the first day I choose a simple combo as we know manchurian and fried rice go very well , As i have already posted Gobi manchurian and fried rice I thought I should try diffrent version of manchu and so made baby corn manchurian for fried rice . I made the baby corn manchu with fresh babycorns .
Baby corn Manchurian

Here in home country and loving the stay with lots of prop shopping and visiting relatives,  recently  we celebrated rakhi and I tied Rakhi in my bro’s hand after 6 years can you believe ?? So to Make it special I prepared home made gulab jamun , Rabdi and also Home made Ghevar for him. As you all know Ghevar is one of the popular post in my blog I practice making them every year as it is one task to make and am proud of myself that it turns out great every time. I don’t have to spend money to buy ghevar from store and home made fresh ghevar is ready. Sharing a pic of the ghevar I made.
