Malai Peda | Indian Sweets Recipe

- Paneer - 1 cup
- Milk- ¼ cup
- Heavy Cream-1 cup
- Sugar -1/4 cup
- Sweetened Khoa - ½ cup
- Cardamom pd - ¼ tsp
- Slivered Pistachios and Rose petals - for garnish
- In a mixie grind the paneer and milk mixture coarsely.
- Heat a pan and pour in the paneer and milk mixture.
- Add sweetened khoa, heavy cream, sugar, cardamom pd to it and stir constantly.
- In a medium flame cook the milk mixture till it reduces and leaves the sides of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the peda dough to a plate.
- Let it cool completely and then divide them into equal portion.
- Form a ball and then flatten them into disc shapes.
- Do the same for all the peda dough.
- Garnish them with pistachios and rose petals.
