This Smoothie is a perfect breakfast for kids who don't eat fresh Veggies, Leaf and fruits :) It tastes Delicious and rich in Vitamins and Minerals.
Boiled Carrot - 1 medium size
Boiled Beetroot - 1/2 medium size
Spinach - 20 leaves
Strawberry - 4
Apple - 1 small
Banana - 1 large
Mango - 1/4 cup
Dates - 5
Gulkand (Rose petal)- 1 tsp (Optional)
Honey - 3 tbsp.
Roohafza/ Nannari (Any flavored sharabat ) - 1 tbsp.(Optional)
SoyMilk/ Almond Milk/ Heavy Cream - 2 cups
Method of Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender without any chunks and Serve Cold.
- U can add any sweet fruits and veggies that goes with milk.
