Kothu Parotta is one of the famous tamil nadu street food , which is make with some scrambled parotta , chalna, some masala and the mince them well with dosa ladle , The sound of mincing them is like a music to my years . Unfortunately as they add egg to the store bought parotta I have never tasted one at street shops but I usually make them at home and we love it a lot. Kothu poori is one recipe which I make often when I have leftover poori and I also do the same for Chapathi. It is definitely not the same aas the traditional kothu parotta but it tastes similar. I love to use up the leftover's and try something new with them always and this is one recipe makes me to make the poori knowingly extra so that I can make this scrumptious dish for snack, It can be make for breakfast / dinner even.
