Guava Pineapple Mocktail

Here comes another Mocktail to quench your thirst and very unusual but very tasty  combo of fruits and you will sure like them. Summer is up and all would have planned for a trip to beach to take the fresh and cool breeze  the second this you want is a drink to cool you and refresh you isn’t.. Mocktails are a very healthy way to refresh you in a hot sunny day and a great energy booster too. I make some fruit juices often but this week its was mocktail shower in my kitchen and i have been experimenting some unusal combos for mocktails , it turned out tooo yummy ..Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM# 40

This time it was Guava on which i was going to experiment , Its my fav fruit I generally enjoy guava with salt chilliy pd as is , But to try something different thing time I made a mocktail with it and to pair I added pineapples to it and  it was super good refreshing drink honestly. We loved the combo totally, lets move to the recipe quickly ..

Ingredients 

Guava – 1 large ( chopped)
Pineapples – 1/2 cup ( chopped)
Sprite – 1 cup
Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Ice cubes as needed

Method

  • In a blender put guava, pineapple, lemon juice and sugar .
  • Blend it to form a smooth mixture.
  • Strain it to remove the seeds.
  • Transfer the puree to the glass and top it with sprite.
  • Add some ice cubes and serve it chilled.
  • I garnished it with slice of pineapple on top …

    Lovely mocktail.. i have never had this combination.. Yummyy i have always loved both pineapple and guava juices but i have never thought of combining them.. and the best part is i always have both these juices at home.. I store KDD harvest’s juices in my fridge and drink them every evening when i return from work. I will make this mocktail at home tonight.. 😀 Thanks for sharing!
