Kathi Roll Recipes

Kathi Roll is an north Indian  Frankie which is very popular street food. It can have any type of filling with potato or paneer or vegetables, I love making kathi rolls and have done a couple of variations but the aloo masala kathi rol is my fav and super quick to make too.It is  fuss free way to pack a lunch box . Just like a burrito kathi rolls are Indian origin and so simple yet delicious. For my day 2 under restaurant menu card theme I ended up making this simple kathi roll which is our family fav. I spread ketchup in the roti but
green chutney goes well too. Lets quickly move on to the recipe..Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#47.
