Eggless Devils Chocolate Food Cake | Chocolate Bundt Cake with Glaze

Chocolate Cake Recipes

Chocolate Cakes are my daughters fav and I love to make them for her though she wants only piece to enjoy and she is done , I just love to see how excited she is while I make a chocolate cake. She keeps on asking me to make chocolate cake every time and I just can’t say no to her. Devils chocolate cake was in my to do list for long when I deciding what I should for this marathon then I was sure to include this cake but I was hesitant about the number of eggs in cake to be substituted but still I tried this cake twice and it turned out so moist and yummm. The first time when I made this cake I added some chocolate chips My bad I just forgot that chocolate chips can sink and stick to the pans so the next time I just skipped the chocolate chips , actually it would have been better if  you add mini chocolate chips . But anyway this time I was out of time and just baked it with out the chocolate chips.

Devils Chocolate food Cake is a super moist . It is difficult to differentiate between a normal chocolate and devils chocolate food cake but the only thing is this cake it filled with lot of chocolaty goodness making it more deeper chocolaty color. Traditionally more eggs are added to this cake but I made totally egg free substituting flax seeds n place of eggs and they made the cake super moist. Now coming to recipe  for Day 5…

Its a gorgeous looking cake Manjula! I just adore bundt pans. My parents got a similar one for me from the US a couple of years ago and the first cake i baked in it was a chocolate cake. In fact I also added a chocolate glaze to it and topped it with sprinkles just like you have!
