National Dish of Israel

Salads are one refreshing way to make our diet a very healthy and filling meal.I love to include salads in my meal a lot so when I was think of the national dish this one was on the list to do for blog as I make this often . As we rajasthani call them as khanda tamatar kachumbar  churi  its internationally a national dish of Israel. This is one colorful and refreshing salad served as a side dish and can be found any were in Israel . This salad is generally wrapped in pita bread sandwich or served as a side dish for a meal. This refreshing salad goes well this pita bread , falafal, hummus and tahini combo . The main veggies used in this salad are cucumber, onion and tomato with a lemon, oil   dressing looks very appealing and colorful. This is one of my favorite salad , a very healthy and quick to make .Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#37
