I have made Ice cream Cone Cupcakes couple of times  and every time I make them my lil gets all excited and just adore the cupcakes for few minutes and then digs in to them. These are perfect way to surprise any ice cream or cake lovers , people get surprised most often seeing a cake  inside a ice cream and yeahhh some may get disappointed that there is no cream in the ice cream cone for them you just skip the frosting and  add a scoop of ice cream instead even that taste yumm..  Ice Cream cones are readily available in market now a days and these cupcakes makes a perfect way to surprise all your guests for any party.. I chose to make chocolate flavor but vanilla cake even tastes better. Now Moving on to the recipe…

Chocolate Ice Cream Cone Cupcake

  Ingredients 

  All purpose Flour – 1 1/2 cup
Ice cream cone recipes  Cocoa pd – 1/4 cup
  Baking pd – 1 tsp
  Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  Milk – 1/2 cup
  Oil – 1/4 cup
  Sugar – 1 cup
  Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  Apple Cider Vinegar  – 2 tsp
  Ready made Mini Ice cream cones – 12 nos 
  Butter cream frosting –  2 Cups
  Sprinkle – For garnish
  Method 
  • Cover a cupcake tray fully with aluminium foil tightly. Place the ice cream cone in the center of aluminum foil gently poking the foil so that it stands well. Do the same for all the cones.
  • Preheat the oven at 350 F . Mean while take a bowl sieve the all purpose flour, cocoa pd, baking pd , baking soda.
  • Then in another bowl add Milk, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and Mix them well.
  • Now slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry Ingredients  and Mix them well.
  • Add extra milk if the batter is too dry, Add apple cider vinegar at last and fold it in the batter.
  • Scope the batter and fill 3/4 of the ice cream cone with the chocolate batter and bake them for 10- 15 mins at 350 F or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  • After the cupcakes are done cool them completely and them frost them with butter cream . Garnish them with sprinklers and You are ready to dig in.
